Ok, I'm amazed that Kotaku is still doing this idiotic "republish last year's list" crap that they did last year. It was really surprising logging on to a bunch of notifcations from a comment I made a year ago.

Dude, I hear if you invest 20 hours into the awful thing, it starts to get playably decent for the final 15!

He's looking into how exactly he can sue them now. It's slightly more complicated it seems than just stelling his song, but it's still copyright infringement.

Yeah, Will was the best part in season 1, as far as serious characters go.

I loved the first season. So did Joss Whedon. He said it was his favorite show on tv, and then directed an episode himself.

Didn't she....already come out? Like a long time ago?

And she has now massively backtracked, deleting said post and exchanging a fairly disturbingly cheerful series of emails with gawker.

Agreed. But the people at gamefreak act like it would be sacrilege to do such a thing.

Dude! They maybe will change slightly how some of the stats work this time! It's a huuuugggeeee difference for the metagame!

There are plenty of retreats on Franciscan's campus is well. I think you're confusing them because the same crowd loves both.

I'm at another small Catholic school (there's like a handful of Steubenville-like Universities in the US, typically pick any random Catholic homeschooling family and you'll find 2 or 3 individuals have gone to each), and it's ranked one of least friendly towards practitioners of alternative lifestyles and one of the

"we're Catholics, not snake handlers" is why I didn't go there :p

Franciscan U and the high school are totally unconnected. Franciscan is pretty darn crazy, but I believe they actually do investigate and prosecute cases of sexual assault. I don't know the numbers, but the impression I've gotten as a student at a small catholic school is that other small catholic schools do work hard

don't forget The Walking Dead.

Just submitted an undergrad thesis featuring the man myself, actually....

Yeah. It's a nitpick but I really don't understand why they leave the possibility open *maybe* it was totes aristotle but *probably not.* Unless I'm just not picking up on the article's sarcasm?

He's getting bad press for being a good judge who seems to somehow be managing to get the guy convicted, change the law in place, and respect the difference between the judicial and legislative branches. He's practically superhuman for being able to balance all of those things.

So, more like "California Judge takes active steps to convict rapist of crime in a way that cannot be appealed, and at the same time tries to get legislature to change criminally anachronistic impersonation law?"

"Aristotle" did indeed get my click.

Why would you publish this article? Why? This is not only not newsworthy, it is irresponsible. You are giving this immature moron his 15 minutes. And by contributing to the coverage, you are making it more likely that the mainstream outlets are going to pick up this story and use it as more anti-video fodder.
