that stuff would be included with the development kit. they wouldn't provide it separately for an additional cost over the competitors or developers would be in uproar.

3D printed "assault rifles" (seriously Kotaku? using that misnomer?) are not a problem, the plastics that 3D printers use aren't strong enough to make a reliable firearm.
