I don't think so. The hackers behind this did it in retaliation to the Geohot debacle. Unless nintendo does something completely ass backwards to one of their fans and dedicated customers, they won't touch the thing.

I don't think the intention of DJ Hero was to be "hardcore" game. It's just supposed to appeal to the people that like the music.
