I only ever played the PS1 version, I know it was a different game but similar none the less. Loved it, could never get every ending though.

I’d say most of them were probably just overall disappointed with the game itself at that point, rather than the content/grind/lack of content.

I probably shoulda put in my original comment that I tried talking many people out of it after they’d ask me what it was like and I probed them on their preferences.

The amount of people that bought the gold edition (game + season pass) and traded it in within 2 weeks was massive.

As someone that was working in Gamestop on the day of release for this game, I’ve legitimately forgot it even existed.
