I’m wondering on how long it’ll be a Playstation 4 Exclusive and come out for either X-Box One or PC... unless it’s a true exclusive & someone needs to get fired over the “Play it First on Playstation 4” at the end of the trailer.

This reminds me of several time exclusive games for the X-Box 360 where after the exclusive period ended other consoles got "Complete" versions of the games without the additional content making it's way back to the 360. For example Tales of Vesperia & Star Ocean the last hope.
