Unless you count spinoffs made by other companies, there has never been a yearly Halo. Halo 1 was 2001, 2 was 2004, 3 was 2007, ODST and Halo Wars was 2009, 2010 had Reach, 2011 had Halo CEA, 2012 was Halo 4 and 2013 has Halo Spartan Assault.

Yeah, launch titles are clearly an indicator of how bad a system will play/run in the long term. I mean, you just can't beat Perfect Dark Zero or Resistance: Fall of Man. Those were much better than Last of Us or Halo 4.

I feel ya. I was really lucky last week when it went up for GameStop. I mean, I can't really afford it (unless the refund that I've been waiting for comes in before 3 today).

After 16 minutes of Amazon (Mobile and desktop, tried both) failing, I finally got to the shipping screen. Once I hit "submit" it was out of stock. FML. I mean, I have a preorder through GameStop that I was lucky enough to get last week, but I am paying about $100 more than I wanted and can really afford (Ryse Bundle).
