Yeah, I def think it’s silly to force it upon the dedicated fans who have no issues whatsoever. I just wanted to offer a different perspective, as hockey seems like something I could get into, but there seems to be a definite barrier of entry when it comes to viewing. 

Non-hockey watcher here, any time I try to pay attention to a match at say a bar, I lose any interest because I can’t tell what the hell’s going on.
