I stopped commenting about him because it put me in opposition with so many people who I like and respect. It wasn’t worth it. I couldn’t really precisely pinpoint it but even saying that he was starting to weird me out was controversial.

MitsuBEEshi.
Yup. My best friend (a man) was in a relationship with a terrible woman who treated him horribly, abusive in fact, but he rationalized it to himself that she was just challenging, or had issues. Men shouldn’t put up with shitty behaviour from women and vice versa.
Sounds like she found someone, which is good for her. But yeah reading through this I’m sure there were asshole “traditional” men who were awful to be around and deserved the snark she and her sisters gave... but like mocking the guy just trying to help their mom with the groceries... yeah I would have GTFO of there.…
That was where she lost me. Like, the guy was being nice! If you feel compelled to mock someone for doing a nice thing, then it’s not really a mystery why people don’t like being around you.
Borderline? I’d leave that out of it and just say abusive. People want to be in relationships with value them. Men and women, both. But I think it’s also clear that she didn’t want to be in relationships with these men she wasn’t very nice to - but it doesn’t mean she wanted a doormat. I read it more as she was nasty…
I’ve never understood the appeal of this movie.
Did you really just start an article bragging about sexually assaulting your boyfriend? Consent is a two way street.
A firsthand look at peak autism.
Sorry, Jezebel doesn't acknowledge democrat victim blaming.
So am I supposed to like kesha’s music now? Cause I don't. Her voice annoys me.
the story reads more like the photographer was the one hired to cover the event and not a paparazzo. I’m a working event photographer (usually a house photographer for NYC iHeart Media events) and if that happened while I was trying to work, I would be pissed. Chris Brown should have expected a house shooter at the…
It just sounds like another jezzy radfem “all men are evil and deserve to die” post
The problem with CB vs. photogs is there’s seldom anyone to root for. They have a tendency to get physical with the camera and then complain when it gets slapped away. He has a tendency to be Chris Brown.
I watched it hoping it would mostly center around the victims. They gave him too much attention and praise throughout the interview. It was gross.
Plus I think it would be more likely that he wanted to go see a real plastic surgeon than some ER doctor for his face.
Why the fuck are they even interviewing him?
So at what level of fame/recognition is it acceptable for a celebrity to ask for a private room? Major network TV show? At least 3 #1 singles? Top billing on a reality show? And for the record, as a gay man, I wish more guys on this planet looked like Calvin Harris.
Or more likely TMZ who would love to have a big pic of his bloody face on the front page. Which of course everyone would pick up and run, gawker media included.
Right? Love how quickly this turned into white male vs Betonce
