This has always annoyed me. Why is it that the rear quarter panel is part of the unibody but all the other panels (save for the roof) are removable and replaceable.
Rear quarter panels. Think about it. You can replace pretty much any other body panel except the roof with just a few bolts. Why not the rear quarters?

Newer signs show your speed until about 10-15 over at which point it just says “SLOW DOWN” to prevent exactly that kinda of behavior.
In my city there used to be a digital yellow speed limit sign as you transited from one highway onto another. It would flash your speed and was meant to warn you that you were above the appropriate speed heading into the turn but so many drivers took it as a challenge to get a “high score” and ended up crashing that…
There needs to be an official term for the multiplier applied to yellow speed limit signs. The Canyon Coefficient? Example: “These new sway bars took my Miata’s canyon coefficient from 1.8 to over 2? Would recommend.”

I believe this is the biggest problem. A job like that just has to be mentally scarring and the fact that they don’t have mandatory counseling is disturbing.
