When you say “good cleaning” I hope you are not talking about washing the exterior. If you want your paint all swirled and scratched the dealer and their giant spinning scotch brite pads will accommodate you.

RainX? You have got to be kidding! That stuff is the equivalent of Armor All. Much better and longer lasting products are available. Restore and polish the windshield first. Use IPA on your blade periodically to clean them.
