Serious question, Hernandez already has life in prison with no possibility of parole. As far as I know, capital punishment is unconstitutional in Massachusetts, so he can’t be given the death penalty. Will his life change in any way whether he’s convicted for this or not?

I’m confused by the same thing. It feels to me like the syntax would make more sense saying “died from suicide”. Seems like that’s more common- “Died from cancer”, “from complications during surgery”, etc.

The argument was never about what color the pixels were in the picture, so I don’t know why that matters. The pixels in this grass below the tree in this picture are black, but no one’s going to argue that the grass is black.
