I’m a mom as well, and I hear where you are coming from. But a couple of points:

I try not to judge the people writing in based on a few lines of text. But this guy sounds fucking insufferable, so I agree with your recommendation. He should get the Range Rover. He deserves it.

Okay, my reply was totally facetious.  But the point of my original post was not about Microsoft.  Or the “tech market in Seattle.” It was about the global white collar workforce.

I don’t know if you’re a troll or an asshole, but refraining from buying things you cannot afford is NOT always easy. If you can’t afford rent, and food, and health insurance, and god forbid you get hurt or sick, you do need to buy things you can’t afford.

Right? Most of us have to work in the morning.
