Shift work is an absolute bitch.  My mom was an ER nurse for 30 years.  I’m surprised they didn’t have their own nurses coming into the ER after working 2 12-hour shifts and crashing into a light pole.

I had a job one summer in college where I had to drive ~30 minutes to arrive by 5am. I never partied or stayed up crazy late, but at 19, I think I feel asleep at the wheel at least once a week. Windows down, radio blasting ... I just couldn’t do it.

Murder/attempted murder is kind of funny. You can get convicted of certain types of murder without proving the person intended to kill (e.g., they were acting reckless, or felony-murder rule). Attempted murder, though, you need to prove the person actually intended to kill people. Kind of hard when he was sleeping.

I recently had the opportunity to ride in a Model Y and a Volvo EX40 in the same day. The difference in EVERYTHING was staggering. The Model Y was like a cheap, obvious knockoff.

They DO that. They did it many times during the Trump Administration. While they were lead by Speaker Pelosi. The media had no time for it. How could they, what with their breathless 24/7 coverage of Trump?!

Politicians are not in charge of the media in the United States.  The US House during the Trump Administration passed MANY bills that would be extremely beneficial to America and Americans.  The media decided to run 50 articles a day on “is it a light or is it an untruth?”

Well, they charged him with damaging property worth over $250 which is blatantly inaccurate, and they declined to charge the guy who was blatantly breaking a much more serious law. Maybe that’s the point?

Ah yes, taking a sticker off of an illegally obscured license plate (which was obscured so the driver could DO DANGEROUS, ILLEGAL THINGS) is just like engaging in dangerous, illegal behavior while driving.
