I’m 5'4" w/ a 28" inseam, so pretty similar.  20 years ago when I first got my license, my dad had this old Chevy truck with a bench seat. The fucking seat was SO HIGH (obviously not adjustable lolz) that my chest was like 3 inches from the steering wheel.

?  I wear leggings (long and short) a LOT and have never experienced either of these things.  I mean I sweat when I workout in them but not like all up in my butt and no where else.
