I don't even think you'd need to "convert" your drill. Most new drills have a variable chuck...

Seriously? No I had no idea. Well that's pretty cool...

In fairness, they're building a Wegman's near me and I'm pretty much going to do exactly this. I love that god damned store...

Underlining and strikethrough don't work either, which really ruined what would have otherwise been a rather clever joke, if I do say so myself.

Ha! Sorry, I thought I had gotten rid of that comment. Yeah, no luck. That's too bad, I really could have used that blinking text to really kick off a few flamewars...

Yup! I'm multi-talented.

Were the other two the articles relating to how your Zodiac sign has, and then has not, changed?

I don't see how the speaker would affect what you want to put in your backseat...

Does that work in comments?

It is getting out of hand...

Envious? I would seriously disagree.

...My God.

No, when I originally read about the MyVerizon and Backup Assistant, that was fine. No major issues there. That said, given that Verizon is now locking down Google Wallet, it makes me less inclined to believe that Verizon will leave this a pristine Google/Android experience.

But I'd like to believe that there's at least a reason for model numbers being crazy. Some sort of internal process or nomenclature. Something that makes sense to someone, if not to me. The stupid tech names, though, are worse. Those are just arbitrary AND idiotic.

I need to publish this! People need to know how to be safe from this thing that I created! I mean, sure, if I had just not created it, the need for the world to defend from it wouldn't be there, but...what's done is done!

Agreed. Arguably the coolest feature about NFC is off the table, now.

While the article presents several reasonable arguments about the difficulties of cloning an extinct species, I am still not giving up hope that I could be riding a full-sized Mammoth in 10 years.

NFC as a whole hasn't been gimped, though—presumably you can still use it for contacts and app sharing. It's just Google Wallet that won't be working.

I'm really disappointed with this as well. I was really looking forward to upgrading to the Galaxy Nexus, and while the lack of Google Wallet isn't a dealbreaker for me, knowing that it's going to be loaded down with Verizon's horrendous bloatware, that kind of is.

Out of curiosity, is it USB-to-USB? USB-to-Mini USB? USB-to-Micro USB?
