You’re arguing with strangers on the internet and calling for a guy’s job because they apparently don’t sufficiently appreciate a game you really like. Who is stupid?
God, I always love these comments! “Do you even research, bro? You should totally be fired for not knowing this small thing about one game I like!!!”
sure, these are hypothetical, but they’re based on what internet providers have already done even with some regulation. waiting and hoping is a dangerous move if you’re worried about this issue
For anyone counting, this one IS a first amendment issue, what with the sheriff and that prosecutor saying they will try to bring charges. That is the government trying to suppress free speech (as opposed to twitter removing a checkmark, which is not). Now lets see those self styled libertarians on the alt!right…
I focused on the illegal part because I was hoping you were being at least somewhat sarcastic about the knocking the phone out of someone’s hand part, but if you want to double down and look really stupid then carry on. I guess we all just gave you a little too much credit. Won’t happen again.
Well you’re wrong on both points anyway. If you’re coming up and slapping a phone out of someone’s hand, you’ve just committed assault. So not illegal to film in public (a restaurant is public) AND illegal to pounce on someone for filming.
Law is pretty clear subject. It not “agree to disagree” situation.
actually, a restaurant is considered a public place - the very nature of a restaurant (even if “privately” owned and operated) is that it is open to / caters to the public.
Illegally filming you? It’s not illegal to film people...at least not in New York it’s not.
