No, the biggest drawback is that it's made by, and ties you deeper to Google, who has no respect for user privacy and sees it's users as a commodity it can sell to advertisers.

The funny thing is, hardware-wise, the systems are nearly identical! One has a slightly better processor and slightly less-better graphics chip, and the other has a slightly less-better processor and a better graphics chip. But that's about the only differences really.
