No, the biggest drawback is that it's made by, and ties you deeper to Google, who has no respect for user privacy and sees it's users as a commodity it can sell to advertisers.

The funny thing is, hardware-wise, the systems are nearly identical! One has a slightly better processor and slightly less-better graphics chip, and the other has a slightly less-better processor and a better graphics chip. But that's about the only differences really.

I'm usually at my computer when I'm watching TV, reading emails, blogs, surfing the Web, curating my media collections, etc... I love to multi-task. :)

Hey, here's an even easier solution: delete all your Google-related accounts and services, and just remove yourself from them altogether. There are plenty of other alternatives out there that don't attempt to aggregate your life into one just so they can more efficiently make money off of you.

Yeah, really, what's the big deal? Google already has all your private, personal information from any and all other Google services you're already using... In fact, you're probably already signed up and just don't know it yet.
