I wouldn’t call it soul searching. When an election is this close, you have to analyze what went wrong and work to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

The problems of which you speak have been problems in the cities. I don’t know who you’re talking to but there are plenty of people in the cities who are suffering. The difference seems to be that for some reason the discussion about suffering in rural areas are talked about as though the people there are not at fault

Bullshit.

I heard one person say, “there’s just so much more racial division with Obama than ever before.” Which from that line of reasoning, not only did Obama cause racial division, but, now that Trump is in charge, all those unhappy black and brown people are going to “go back” to enjoying life and getting along with

I’ve asked most of my Trump supporting friends - what ISN’T great about America, and they can only say Obama and have no other reasoning behind it.

A year or two ago, someone on Jezebel recommended After Tiller on Netflix. Want to say thank you to that person. It was extremely well done, sad, shocking, eye opening and empowered me to tell the anti-choicers in my life to swivel on it when they made factually incorrect claims.

The House Select Investigative Panel on Infant Lives.

This man is a hero, and a very prescient one. In Jia’s interview, he said he knew it wasn’t going to get any better for reproductive freedom in this country. At the time, I thought he was a bit of a cynic. I know all too well what he means now.

I actually feel like it’s getting worse.

Fuck off.

Agreed.

I know how you feel. “Nobody knows” is not a reassuring answer.

Yes. Hillary Clinton looks like any one of us would look — at 68 — after having fought the biggest challenge of her life and won, but lost. I’m seven years younger than she is, and I would be curled up under the bed with the dogs and a case of wine and would look like Dorian Gray sans artwork.

No, it really hasn’t gotten easier. It’s a little unnerving to be grieving and angry at the same time. And not a little frightened. My husband and I wish we were older, because there’s a really good chance that, at 61 and 63, respectively, we won’t have access to Medicare, which Paul Ryan plans to gut in 2017 by

America is worth it, that I don’t disagree with, that I don’t doubt. If we didn’t believe it, we wouldn’t have voted it.

Right there with you. That she didn’t win is a tragedy.

OK, guys. Let’s face it. In the video of the speech, she looks sad, tired, not made-up, defeated, done.

Here we have a woman delivering a poised and eloquent speech about the importance of protecting our children a week after losing the presidency and meanwhile the necrotic ballsack stuffed with radioactive waste we call a president-elect is putting Nazis in his cabinet and filling his weekly quota of empty legal

Say what you want about her but she is graceful yet tough as shit and a fighter. If only she had won... Instead we got a guy who can’t find his asshole with two hands and a flashlight.

I thought I was approaching the point of not crying every day about the election results.. nope.
