@cabjf: Now if we could just get the people who report on those results to include the numbers and breakdown, so we can actually see the real story and not just the story that CNBC wants us to see. #consumerreports

Meanwhile, MSN has a headline on its front page "Fiat to kill Dodge, sell Italian cars in US" based on apparently the same source material. Yellow journalism lives! #chryslerfiat

In my area we get John Deere fanboys who decide their pickup needs to be green and yellow, and usually the execution is much worse than this Geo. Also it's usually a Ford that is the victim of this treatment, which is amusing since the tractor arm of New Holland was once the property of Ford Motor Company. #qotd

In America, you crush rabbits with your SUV.

@Alfisted: And if you make another change, another avatar. (On my post here, will it be the big fat tractor tire, the motorcycle, or the Dodge Dakota hiding in the grass? Who knows?) #accidents

My '96 Thunderbird. Here's where it stood in September. As you can see it's averaged roughly 2.4x10^-9 c. #qotd

Born in 1981, the deepest depths of Malaise. All I could think of was a BMW 6-series.

@Novaload: +1. The GTO badge should be in the left grille. Also the taillights are wrong for a GTO, the GTO had two stacked rectangles running the full width of the lens instead of side-by-side. #1968

@Bullitt417: I know a lot of engineers whose cars have slushboxes. (Heck, I'm an engineer, and my only manual right now is my motorsickle.) #gm

Sounds like my next motorcycle will be Japanese. Thanks Harley! You are making that decision a lot easier! #buell

My next car will be replacing a '96 T-bird V8. Right now I'm thinking something along the lines of the '04-'06 GTO, '05-'09 Mustang GT, or a Charger or Magnum R/T. But, I could see myself in a Mazda3/Mazdaspeed3 or a WRX. Decisions decisions... #qotd

@Captain Liverspots: Give it another year and there'll be "stock" Mustangs in NHRA.

@beercheck: Wherever it is, it's definitely grilled.

@ptschett: And here's an action shot.

I believe there are a few of these down there to pull fuel tank sleds now. [www.caseih.com]

I have to continue with my love of all things Cougar, and nominate the Cougar Brougham. Even if it does have the wrong number of doors for a Cougar.
