I can’t help but think that there needs to be a Cars movie where a human astronaut from the past crash lands in Radiator Springs. And at the end of the movie, the astronaut crosses into the wastelands (where the cars are never allowed to enter) where he finds the remnants of a Tesla factory or something.

My toddler likes watching cars and trucks go, so when we can’t head downtown to sit on a bench and watch them, this movie is a good distraction. My wife and I ask each other these questions a lot. Re: the hiring freeze - I thought these guys were supposed to love their armed forces? I guess that’s only when they’re out killing brown people and not when they’re just trying to live their life and juggle work, kids and everything else normal human beings have to deal with.
