Yeah, it’s kind of bizarre, because it shouldn’t be that difficult to balance the stats of each gun around a specific baseline which is then multiplied by the recommended XP level of the mission.

I’m going to be playing some Borderlands 3, maybe some Borderlands 3 after that. If I have time, I’ll probably boot up Borderlands 3 at some point as well for a few minutes in between marathons of Borderlands 3.
give Moxxi $ (in thousand increments - not sure 100 works in 3), and she will send weapons in the mail. The Hail is meh (except maybe against some bosses), but the Crit is powerful and each will be leveled to your character. If i am having trouble that’s the first place i spend $. She also gives out anointed versions…
yup, I’m at a point where 500 ish rating guns are dropping, but a 400ish shotgun is really doing the work, because it does splash radiation damage and I’ve got an elemental damage boosted Amara. Radiation clouds exploding everywhere.
Except in Borderlands 1 you weren’t screwed if you didn’t have purple weapons, especially in TVHM
I started with Fl4k, his crit skill seems like a “what were they thinking”, cause it’s just OP. with the obvious downside being multiple targets.
Break the game even more by using The Butcher shotgun with Fade Away. In the FadeAway skill tree, there’s a skill that has a chance to return ammo on crit. The Butcher is a shotgun that shoots as fast as an SMG on speed, and each shot has a high chance of returning ammo to the clip. It does a lot less damage than most…
I need to see that.
Apart from a lot terribly frustrating bosses with boring movesets I liked most of the Chalice Dungeons too. Defiantly not as good as the main game, but had it’s moments, like finding the secret treasure rooms and an actual challenging Amygdala.
Yeah lots of things are like that. If Im playing a sport, its badminton or soccer, but id rather WATCH someone play golf, and I hate golf. I’ll watch someone play God of War, Zelda, etc, but no way am I watching someone play Final Fantasy or Diablo, and I am a fan of playing all of those games. Maybe a better example…
I remember the first time I heard of him he was making dismissive remarks about Japanese devs. Not surprised that he’s a racist pile of puke
...and exponentially more horrifying to work FOR.
Sounds like Nicalis is run by a 14 year old
The OC has a reputation of being a very conservative and racist place to live and work in SoCal. That doesn’t justify his actions, but I wonder if that has anything to do with him being the way he is. It’s gross either way.
He sounds like the kind of Alpha douche bag who desperately craves power and should never be given any
QA is irrelevant here. QA can tell the devs all day long but if the devs won’T update the build....
Great article! KoF was indeed super popular here in Mexico and the “retas” could get intense, man. Around here, if you wanted to play, you’d queue your coin on the little slot between the screen and the body of the cabinet and waited for your turn. On the weekends you’d see 10 to 15 coins, sometimes more, queued on…
To be fair.. Bulma is like literally the most important character in Dragon Ball, though. Been in it since chapter one and none of the plot would have started without her, and she is usually a big part of how they solve the problems of the arc.
This is what happens when you train at altitude.
I grew up in Florida. My family is from South Florida. I spend quite a bit of time in Miami. My girlfriend is from Miami. She is also Cuban. I’ve never heard it used once....ever. Besides on gizmodo group sites and like..Vox/Polygon. I understand everyone has different experiences...but this sure seems like something…
