I got mine a couple days ago, and so far the collection rocks. Sure, not many of the games hold up as they would decades ago, but as the article says, playing them in context really shows how brilliant most of them are.

eh, I wouldn’t say this is entirely the hardware’s fault. They got Nier running decently on it, and Game Freak already has plenty of practice on the Switch (it’s the second generation that has debuted on this console!).

yup, and that’s without going into the stellar (and free!) expansions that the game had. The writing can go toe to toe with anything AAA, easily.
