Watching this now and it’s weird. Aniston is barely 5 years younger than Lisa Welchel, who sang the opening theme song and looks waaaayyy younger than 58! Why didn’t she just play the role if they weren’t going to get younger actors?

Considering the discussion at the beginning about the end of Daylight Savings Time, they definitely knew when it was going to air.
You’re totally right, there really isn’t much to ‘investigate’, and as long as events continue to have these unmanaged general admission dynamics, from time to time these tragedies are inevitable, as they have been for quite some time.
Courtney Cox does have a new movie in the Scream franchise coming out in January.
Also feeling old as a big Newhart fan - the recent episode of Ghosts had a plot point revolving around the 30-something leads being too young to have ever heard of Newhart
If they do decide to to that direction, I hope they give Tom Ellis a look as the next Bond. Though honestly I think he could pull off the dark and serious tone as well as the suave, charming Bond.
Unless I missed one, the only network show to win in any of the above categories is SNL.
Levar Burton was the top pick of Levar Burton fans. They were loud enough and got enough attention that it made it look like he was the top pick of Jeopardy! fans as well, but that was never the case. For sure, there are some Jeopardy! fans who would prefer him but I think the opinions of Jeopardy! fans are more…
You may joke, but in the 1940s they made 28 Blondie movies
I think Jolt pretty much qualifies. Watched it on a whim last night never having heard of it. It was fine for what it was, but damn, the cast: Kate Beckinsale, Stanley Tucci, Bobby Canavale, Laverne Cox, Susan Sarandon, Jai Courtney, David Bradleyu

Maybe they should give this Baldwin guy a shot? He’s doing great on Match Game, I’m sure he doesn’t have any skeletons in his closet that may come out
What’s worse, is that even a cursory vetting job by Sony should have turned this stuff up. It’s not some random thing he did in his garage - he did it on the Price is Right set, as a sort of behind the scenes thing, with Price personnel, contestants and even had the director and producer (not that) Adam Sandler as a…
Earlier buzz was that they did want Bialik for the regular gig to start with, but she had to turn it down because her schedule wouldn’t allow it.
If they need a last minute fill in host (and they could have easily done this the first time Richards claimed an ‘emergency situation’), they’ve got Jimmy McGuire right there. He doesn’t just do the clue-crew stuff, he’s acted as the host for the practice rounds contestants do before the real taping for years, and…
Awkardly, I believe this came after they already did a day of taping, so they have about a week worth of episodes with Richards. Because of the legalities round game shows, they can’t just redo them, and it wouldn’t be fair to the contestants, especially Matt Amodio who is in the middle of a big run, to just not air…
I would say Rodgers and Burton had similar levels of (mediocre) performance. The big difference is Burton went in with people having huge expectations, so came off pretty badly. Rodgers, though, went in with no one expecting much, so his middling performance seemed particularly good
