They just needed the censors to let Johnny Gilbert finish the line!

The less painful way to get over "the wall", at least for me, was to have that regular drink mixed with club soda. You can begin to appreciate the flavors with nearly none of the alcohol bite. Dilute the liquor a bit less each time, and by the end of that same 3 weeks or so you'll be enjoying straight whiskey (or your…
I think it's still accurate. My take was that the weakness he put in was both that the reactor core was vulnerable to a small explosion setting off a chain reaction, and also designing that exhaust port as an access to do that. He couldn't put a big arrow with "blow up Death Star here" pointing to the exhaust port in…
That's why I enjoy the 10 pm movie times
Did I miss something? Wasn't Bodhi supposed to have lost his sanity from the questioning from Saw's creature? Seemed like they threw out that line from Saw about the subjects of the interrogation losing their mind, then forget about it.
As all the primary characters started having their heroic deaths, I was reminded of a conversation a while back on the review of the Magnificent Seven reboot, and how instead of remaking the western, they could just reboot that story in different genres. They didn't really do that here, but there were enough elements…
Loved the movie overall, but one thing that did bother me - we already know stormtrooper armor is useless against blasters and light sabers, but apparently it won't even protect you from a getting hit with a stick.
Same here - Thursday, 10 pm!
I'm happy there's a theater chain near me (Century) where you select your seat when you purchase the ticket. It's great for big premieres so I don't have to show up early and stand in a line to get a decent seat.
While I get where you're coming from in general, in this case, I kinda think if 7 previous films don't give you a pretty good idea of what you're in for, a trailer isn't going to provide any new insight
Their official press says they are now available in 200 countries and territories.
So we should be about due for the Bachelor Party reboot - starring Zac Efron as the groom whose friends are throwing him a wild bachelor party, but at the last minute his fiance announces her conservative father (played by Tom Hanks!), will be joining them. Hijinks ensue as they try to hide the crazy antics going on…
At least until he does something stupid, like get arrested for assaulting an Uber driver
I never actually saw Christmas with the Kranks, but I do vividly recall seeing the preview for it and thinking a) I've just seen every plot beat (and probably every joke) in the film, and b) this movie looks horrible
It reminded me of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. last year. Just a fun, entertaining movie, but underperforming, probably because it's geared more toward an older audience
Alex hit one of my pedantic pet peeves tonight - in one of the early clues he pronounced "ye" as yee, rather than correctly as thee. Has no one told Alec Trebec about the thorn character?!
I'd think Harry Potter would win the most well-known teenager title
How in the world did they triple stump on the haggis question??
As soon as I saw a category about Burns, I was waiting for one. I'd think associating Address to a Haggis with Burns would be like associating The Road Not Taken with Frost
If they go back to the old west, or anywhere else that uses firearms, they really need to hire some sort of technical advisor. In Turnbull's first appearance he draws on the other guy, and then fumbling around cocking the pistol was painful to watch.
I don't know what this "next week" business is. It's been working on my Comcast X1 for several days now
I've had the same reaction to every Sierra Nevada variety I've tried. They are never bad, they are just incredibly mediocre. There are always several other brands in each variety at the same price point that are so much better.
