As a teaser trailer, it’s poor. It’s so generic, any casual audience members seeing that trailer won’t have a clue what it’s about. I’m not saying it had to show much, just a shot of Venom, hell, even just a partial shot, just something more than slime in a jar and some black veins in his neck.

As long as Dave “Star Wars Rebels” Filoni is in charge of at least one of them.

I want this to happen so much. It seems like they really have a story they want to tell, as opposed to just making a film for a cash-in.

I don’t think it’s fair to criticise the show for the Voq/Ash reveal being found out early. The problem with a lot of viewship now is that they intentionally try and dig up as much information as they can, and then cry foul when they find out too much. If you want to be surprised by a show/movie, stop playing amateur…

At the beginning of Phantom menace, Qui-Gonn and Obi-Wan both use some kind of super speed to escape the droids. It’s only used that one time and never seen or referenced again.
