Jay Z is a POS sellout who hasn’t cut a good track in years. He’s perfect for Lorne Michaels

I was hoping it would be Gal Gadot but I LOVE it when Ryan Gosling is on. I like it when the hosts break, it’s fun.
As long as she gets paid more than Chelsea Lately, I’m fine.
But remember folks, it was right of the media and general public to laugh it off when Donny Boy invited Russians to hack his opponent and applauded WikiLeaks for their part in doing the same. Conspiring to commit election fraud with a foreign power truly is the most hilarious of capital crimes.
The dude who directed True Lies does not get to lecture people about feminism.
Here’s the thing- isn’t it nice for there to be a female hero who is perfect? No one complains about Captain America being too perfect or Superman (Christopher Reeves version, of course). Basically, Cameron is mad people don’t care about Sarah Connor as much as they used to.
So James Cameron... is telling Patty Jenkins... how to do feminist film correctly?
Uh...This is coming from a dude who used tribal aliens as a metaphor for human race relations.
Also, I’m really glad that I have Kathryn Bigelow’s ex husband around to weigh in on the idea that a landmark achievement by a woman director is overblown.
You know what was an actual step backwards from Sarah Conner? Zoe Saldana’s character in Avatar. Get your shit together, Cameron.
Death Note in and of itself is flawed, so the reviews for this heavily truncated version of an insanely long series (for the story being told, that is) speak to that. Still, I suffered through all thirty-something episodes of a show with an even less likable protagonist than Walter White, so I’ll watch the stupid…
And to no longer be able to see the identities of our upvoters, making everything largely anonymous and watering down the site’s sense of community.
That’s too bad. I like Wingard.
I think that’s the thing that bugs me. There are a lot of legitimately compelling angles one could pursue in making an “American Death Note” story, some of which would require Light to be a white kid to make the allegory work. But it really sounds like they just went “it’s America, so he’s white” and didn’t put any…
The most baffling part of GOT has always been Dany’s unwillingness to bone Ser Jorah. Sure he’s incredibly weird about her, but he also looks like Iain Glen. I’d take that over Jon any time.
Because he’s like one of only three people in that universe confirmed to be willing to go down on a woman.
I’ve been a fan of Blank Check, Griffin’s podcast with David Sims, since it started, so I’m really happy to see things going well for him.
Yeah, sure, but if it fucks up his Blank Check podcast - I’m out!
Just adblock them. They clearly don’t give a shit about the users of the site.
It has begun...
