@Mo Hasan: I think Google does use form, but in a way that reinforces function. It's not flashy, but it always helps you get things done instead of getting in the way.

But it's harder to tell from audio alerts what the alert is actually about.

@SWC Oxcart: Rainmeter 1.1 does stay visible when you use Aero Peek, so you could take a glance just by mousing over the peek button.

@RoFLKOPTr: I think it's supposed to stay locked even if you sign out, and even if someone else signs on.

@TheFlyingFish: Don't quote me on this, but my guess is that the 256MB of physical memory is just how much of your RAM is dedicated to the graphics card.
