Honestly, this just makes me disappointed knowing that this sort of care and passion for film making was not present in The Hobbit trilogy. Maybe it was there and the deadlines squandered it, but it's so night and day the difference in quality and attention to detail.
I do think about this quite a bit. Typically though the only people who tend to have the same jokes I have are those with a similar sense of humor anyway so there's that. It's got to be pretty damn difficult to be a stand up comedian and try to come up with something 100% original that isn't just some variant.
