What I mean is that Trump is such a loser, he thwarted his own executive action. A more suave and aware nemesis President might have been able to pull this off. Our blunderbuss-in-chief screwed the pooch.

Yes. Some of his stories are outright frightening, but it’s more that the stories makes you THINK. “What would I do if this were me”, that’s the part that terrifies.
Cujo cemented and made clear that I’m a dog person. I read it as a kid and will never read it again because the parts in Cujo’s brain, his confusion as he stops being a Good Dog, breaks me.
I ALSO gave up on the show version of The Dome SOOOOO fast. Not as fast as you but def not even a whole season. I wasn’t looking forward to the Carrie remake but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by it. Haven’t watched the 11/22/63 show yet (I have a visceral NO reaction to James Franco being cast in that role)…
My absolute favorite, and one of my favorite books period, is King’s “The Stand.” A post-apocalyptic story that you cannot believe was written in 1978, still really prescient and one of the great precursors of the post-apocalyptic genre boom.
Indeed. They have split it into two totally separate movies. Adult version is next. This is a deviation from the structure of the book, but I think it makes sense for films.
I feel like Honeyfunds IN ADDITION TO traditional wedding registries are tacky. A Honeyfund on its own doesn’t seem as tacky to me.
John Goodman and Laurie Metcalfare two of their generations’ finest theater actors, but they still know the money is in TV, and that there is no “Roseanne” without “Roseanne”. Ironically, Will Smith’s best acting was when he was on “Fresh Prince”. He was also one of the only watchable parts of Suicide Squad, but that is not really a compliment.
It was never the Fresh Queen of Belaire. It was always his show.
