Cap 2 dragged like an anchor. Every action scene was 3x longer than it needed to be. Except stealing Falcon’s suit, which sounded REALLY interesting, but we didn’t get to see it because Nick Fury’s car chase needed to be 20 minutes long.

Warner DO have that. They have Bruce Timm and Paul Dini and the rest of those guys that made Batman:TAS, Superman:TAS, Batman Beyond and Justice League.
