Same thing happened with Costco, but I sneaked and bought one at full price then they returned the difference. After that they said they were returning the lot.

I bought it full price on Costco the day they announced the reduction. Went there 4 days later and they refunded me the difference ($374 Including tax). I tried to buy another, but they had returned them without selling to costumers.

This + an inverter will be priceless when and if power goes out. As a seasoned veteran of many hurricanes and tropical storms, please secure loose items and do anchor your structures, and at least put some masking tape on the windows in case they break.
