Spot on. "Don't go to bed angry" is one of the worst pieces of advice given to couples.

Starring because holy crap, your friend is dumb (but I'm sure an otherwise delightful person) and because homemade vanilla extract. I make mine with bourbon.
That's awesome! I bet it looked gorgeous in all its vintage glory.
Oh definitely. I heard that Keira Knightley wore her Chanel wedding dress to multiple red carpet events because she loved it so much, and I find that inspiring haha. If I ever have an excuse, I'll totally wear it again!
Nice! It's crazy how much more expensive wedding dresses are just because they're "wedding" dresses.
Thanks! I got married last year and totally wish I had a reason to wear it again.
This is too much. We've gone too far. Bring it back, everybody.
I've gone as her before! So much fun, and very nostalgic. I'm going as Wonder Woman this year, but since I'm making my costume it's significantly less sexy than the store-bought versions.
Aw, shucks. :)
I like the New 52 Wonder Woman (especially the art style), but alas I am new to comics so I don't have much to compare it to. Have any recommendations?
What does Baz Luhrmann have against cheesy peppy songs that they must be covered as funeral dirges? See also: The Great Gatsby's "Happy Together."
Oh man, and the 1 star reviews on Amazon are even worse:
Guys, I'm a happily married woman but a part of me totally wants to get in on this online dating thing - how many swipes would I get? Would I get more if I posed with art? What if I used a different name? I'm just saying there's a lot of potential for social experiments that I'm missing out on.
I had to read The Cat in the Hat in a college class! The book was written during the Cold War, and there are a lot of anti-communist themes in it. Pretty deep stuff for a children's book.
I might be reading your comment wrong, but are you saying that the Cool Girl phase is not limited to women, but men go through it too? If so, then I disagree. The whole point is that the Cool Girl rejects her uncool feminine side (too many feelings, wearing pretty dresses, etc.) and embraces cool masculine stuff…
I really hate the sexualization of diseases. Guys publicly grabbing their junk seems on par with "save the ta-tas!" It's dumb.
Exactly. "I don't care" means "I will eat the eggs in whatever form you cook them" - "I don't know" means he's probably never cooked his own eggs let alone considered the multiple ways to prepare them.
The Secret History of Wonder Woman is going on my list!
