Getting a six-pack got me the following things;

Points off for no upside down visor or impeccably groomed eyebrows.

I had a six pack and actually my whole body was pretty awesome a decade or so ago. I didn't do it for the looks, but because I wanted to be healthy and rather flex, stretch and lift than run. Anyway, I can concur from experience, now so many years later, when my body isn't that awesome anymore (thoufh still much

You don't sound bitter at all.

I've been around 10-12% body fat for several years now and I'm not always satisfied with my reflection in the mirror. Sometimes, usually after a good running workout, I would spend a little while admiring my six-pack and being able to see every slip of serratus anterior. Other times, I would tighten my belt and notice

A six pack is a lot easier to achieve than 10% body fat. At 10% is where I get near the elusive eight pack.

Farley's intensity really came through in that clip. That guy was hilarious.

I also just realized...both dead too soon. Bummer. I'm real fun at parties.

"The secret benefit of being lean is that it's an immense time saver." - hunh? That's absurd. It almost certainly takes more energy to stay lean (and mental mindshare) than it does to be average. In other words, somebody with a six pack absolutely has to think about their diet and train to maintain that leanness...not

As soon as anyone passes 30, a six-pack is the misguided poisoned chalice of the fitness world.

The whole point of getting a 6-pack is that it's your license to be a judgemental douche.

"Sir you were observed shaming 80 when this is a posted 65 zone, I'll need to see a duckface and 6 pack"
"Here you are officer"
*pouts lips, lifts shirt*
"Everything seems to be in order, we'll let you off with a warning"

And don't forget for some people turning into a conceited judgmental Douchebag

Pretty sure if I ever had a six pack I would just walk around without a shirt on constantly.

THIS. It's a race issue for sure, but not white vs black. It's cops vs black. Studies (that I'm looking for right now to source) show that cops of all skin colors draw and discharge their weapons faster at minority targets. Even black cops.

the media tends not to sensationalize whites being killed by police the same as blacks. Facts are facts, in that while higher % of blacks compared to total pop of blacks are killed by cops, the death rate is generally 3x as many whites are killed a year by police as blacks. So what I'm saying is it is a problem that

and the black cop who attempted to help him cover it up.. Right well ignore that
