Do something minorly productive and self-loving. Take a shower or a bath and use all your favorite soaps/lotions/etc. Spend some time painting your nails. Brush your hair. Sit on the floor and do some gentle stretching. Put on headphones and just listen to the music. I know these are all really simple and maybe not

I know when you start thinking about it obsessively it's hard to find something you'll actually stay focused on, otherwise I'd suggest reading a book or painting your nails or something, but if you have to make conversation it's a little harder to get distracted by
