I will admit I got very, very confused. I know I will be pillorized for this, but I've never seen Arrested Development*. Before reading your response to Margie I was literally sitting her going, 'huh? How could I not know AD was a music-type show'.

I don't think I could adopt you. I already have to deal with my grown-ass, moved out of state to get away from me, ankle-biter who has a serious chip on his shoulder that I didn't take up cooking until the past year. But if you don't mind hanging out in the kitchen during cleanup, I have more than enough room for…
I clicked through to the Telegraph article and one point I did find interesting is they might be going after the Terms of Service itself, “Italian law forbids minors under 18 signing contracts, yet Facebook is effectively entering into a contract with minors regarding their privacy, without their parents knowing.”
I'm holding out until later tonight...
And the fact they find 'looking at me funny' as threatening makes them some serious badasses.
The policy has no defined, legal time limit to respond.
And the relevant part of your post is a civil suit has much different rules and standard of proof than a criminal prosecution. To my knowledge, Facebook does not have a defined, legal time limit to respond. Unless the country wants to pass those types of laws there shouldn't be any standing for arrests.
But they aren't investigating the phone manufacturer? Without a video to post, Facebook wouldn't have any part of this story. And what of the parents who got their underage children a phone that allows them take video? Shouldn't they be prosecuted?
Isn't there a whole Drake, ex-of-Rhianna, who obviously hasn't murdered Byne's vagina yet, angle?
I just saw the pictures of 78 year old Barbara Eden at the Vienna Opera wearing her Jeanie costume. First thought, "wow, skin really does get wrinkly/saggy no matter how trim you are", followed immediately by, "DAMN I hope to look that freakin' good when I'm pushing 80".
That's the way at our house. After every produce run I'll portion out the different combos into a muffin tray, freeze them, then pop the fruit' muffins into a big plastic bag. Whenever we want a quick smoothie, just grab your frozen fruit, add some milk, yogurt & you're ready to go.
No...boyfriend is not an employee of A&F in any manner. He is the executive of The Jeffries Family Office, an Ohio limited liability corporation that "advocates for the personal interests of Abercrombie's CEO." Basically he's employed as Jeffries house manager.
Oh, if when they get back to you their attitude is just 'my fabulous life was just keeping me too busy to get back to the likes of you', then there really is no excuse. I don't know your age, but in my 20s was when I learned to differentiate my friends from my friendly acquaintances. I loved hanging with my friendly…
This isn't to be a sad sob story, but I've struggled with depression for sometime and when it is taking everything I have just to get through the workday so I can get home and crawl under the covers, I truly can't respond to friends. For a long time this was a huge source of guilt...these people care about me enough…
I have a crockpot simmering as we speak ;-)
Squee of the night
I'm embarrassed to humiliated to say I've never tried Indian food. I always had a straight meat & potato diet and the few times I was forced to go to an Indian restaurant I'd order the most american option on the menu. Now that I'm firmly middle aged I'm really working on expanding my palate.
Not a big squash fan but never thought of the hand pie idea...that sounds like a keeper!
Okay, the chicken recipe has been bookmarked until I get my dutch oven and/or tangine. (Just started learning to cook this year so building out my pots & pans is an ongoing endeavor.) But damn! I didn't know you could store caramelized onions in the fridge. Yeah new knowledge!!!
OMG...you can freeze fresh onions? Full disclosure I never actually 'cooked' until this past year, started slow, found out I loved it and cooking my own food had amazing impact on my eating plan (recovering Ana). In the past 6 months I've pretty much transitioned to fully from-scratch cooking, but it is amazing how…
