E9 or GTFO.

I believe that Jezebel is the protagonist in this case. The gif trolls are the antagonists.

It's just a halo car, you fell for the PR bs.

The best part about this whole video is the driver, who really just looks more confused than anything.

It looked great on the E46, too.

Nice print quality ... good to see Lotus hasn't lost their quality touch ;-)

I remember being about ten and my mom was looking at an Eclipse. I was like, "What about that one?" Nope. Long story short 5 years later she bought a Tiburon, and 5 years after that a 350z roadster. The cost of both was about 60k.

I remember when they gave away flipbooks of the top in action at the auto show out here.

Something like 64k for the VR4 Spyder. It didn't take long before Mitsu realized nobody was going to pay Mercedes money for a Mitsubishi, and started having to bribe dealers to take them. They originally planned to build ~1000/yr for 4 years. They barely built 1000 total over 2 years.

I remember them being around $40k if you checked every single box, and Stealths being a couple grand less, but it appears that is just the coupes. You're right that the Spyder was over $60k msrp. Crazy.

I think I saw a 4runner pro in the last shot of the "pro" trucks.

Well this escalates quickly...

Dear Lord. I WILL buy this if they make it.

Targa? Go with Hatch!

Yes - personally, I think a targa looks much better on this body than the convertible.

Came here to post this. I have no idea why no one is considering this option. Are targa roofs out of vogue, are the lift-off panels considered to cumbersome for owners to deal with? I know they have a history filled with leaky seals, but surely that's been sorted by now!

Oh dear sweet baby Jesus yes. Give it to me now.

That seems like it would be a perfectly acceptable compromise - Subaru gets to keep most of the rigidity they want, Toyota gets its open air top, I don't really see a downside.
