Apparently the writing of that particular episode didn’t work the way David would like- like they couldn’t find the “problem” in TV writing terms.

“Those two dozen extra tornadoes each year must mean we don’t hate the gays enough!"

What, exactly, was ever even remotely dark on Seinfeld? I think the darkest thing they ever did was calling a guy the soup-Nazi or talking about shrinkage. It wasn’t a very dark show.

The Neo-Nazi episode, Susan’s death, These pretzels are making me thirsty (When Elaine dumps her 60 year old boyfriend after he’s crippled by a stroke—the only episode Seinfeld has said he wishes they never made), and Crazy Joe Davola are all pretty dark in subject matter. They’re just not treated with gravity.

What they’re calling ‘water.’
I hear they melted Ice-9 to get that ‘water,’ and they’re waiting until all of the Trumplicans have drunk it to release the freezing ‘cule.

It gets better when you realize that Laura Palmer’s mother and Susan Ross’s mother are the same actress.

would absolutely love a book of dusted off, rejected seinfeld scripts.

I was thinking the exact same thing as I watched his “conceedence speech” yesterday.

It was Uncle Leo

Larry Charles actually did write a script about Elaine buying a gun, which was rejected for being too dark even for this show. Which really makes me wonder just what the hell is in there (for full context, he’s been a regular collaborator on all of Sasha Baron Cohen’s films since the show ended).

Betteridge’s Law, anyone?

I think when you get right down to it Trump’s basically a wimp.

Really brave of them to throw away their chances at a major entertainment award like that.

Place your bets! Which white woman will play the role of the Mexican mother? I’m going with Sandra Bullock.

This ain’t yo grandson’s listicle, no way baybeeee.

Please, call us The Scottish Fans.

Yeah that's what I think. This is the only one I've debated with people before and I can see both sides, but I've always gone with your interpretation because it's much, much funnier.

I know you guys probably aren’t allowed to even acknowledge its existence (and I’m not sure it strictly qualifies for the spirit of this list since it’s basically a traditional website as opposed to some sort of performance,) but the best thing on the internet in 2020 is Defector.
