Disagree - I think 30 Rock found a lot of new energy in its final season. I'm sure it helped to know the series was ending so that they could wrap up storylines and bring the show to a satisfying conclusion. It's weakest seasons were in the middle, especially the one where Tracy Morgan was mostly unavailable.
