There is, and the dude voicing Jack is something of a legend in the Japanese voice acting scene. I was on the fence about the game until I heard Tsuda Kenjirou and then it was a done deal. Unfortunately the game has dubtitles so if you understand even a little Japanese it’s jarring but eh not as if FFXIV didn’t…
I still remember being blown away by Kilik from Soul Eater, and he’s a very minor character. Just because back then it was a revelation to have a positive, non-stereotypical black character in an anime (still kinda is, sadly, but it’s gotten a lot better since then).
