I have a bad habit of paying too much attention to lyrics... a lot of people like the song Iris but I can’t listen to it because he starts a bunch of sentences with “and” (plus it's schmaltzy as fuck)

Extra bonus was that the anime didn’t get anywhere close to the end so I ended up finishing it via manga.

I love romance anime and am definitely a bigger fan of the “obvious couple” type, where it’s obvious who the couple is... there may be missteps and (short term) rivals, but they’re just toothless threats.
