It’s nice that you think your vote matters. However, as long as the electoral college stands that is an inaccuracy. There has been twice throughout history that the electoral college has went against the popular vote and put who they wanted in office. This could happen again this year.

I can’t speak for EQ2 (Google says they did it in 2005), so I’ll have to take your word on it. Although Google seems to indicate EQ2 only allowed you to lower your level when COH allowed you to go up or down in levels based on your mentors level.
