Mint is really helpful, I think I read about it first at LH itself.. have started using it a lot lately, love the new goals feature.

@Error601: I thought Ari Gold did..

    Android:

This is great!!! I order stuff from Amazon all the time and hate it when I am just a few cents/dollars below $25.

I want to use this and install OSX on my netbook, has anyone done that with any success?

@locomodo: Yeah, but that's the thing, skype does not have an app for android yet...

@locomodo: Expensive? I always used skype to skype for video chat and that was free... is there any other app that can connect to skype?

This really sucks, I used fring to call my friends/parents on skype everyday on my Evo.. really hope Skype launches an official app for android soon.

I don't know why doubletwist gets so much attention at lifehacker/gizmodo, I tried to use it to sync my itunes playlists and it was terrible, always skipped tracks.. have started using tunesync and it works great.

I use fring for video chat with my parents on skype on my Evo over 3g and it works great!

@yeahman: Exactly! I signed up and then scrolled down to find out it's only for 3 days and there is no Android app yet... what a waste of time.

@Chernobyl: By "not allowing" certain apps and having control over what the iphone user can download.

Great tutorial! But if you just want the free tethering, all you need to do is download and run unrevoked and then install the tethering app from here: [www.androidpolice.com]

@SSgtTEX: My bad then. Have a good weekend!

@SSgtTEX: Relax dude! I hope all old android phones get the update soon.

Come on HTC, get this to my EVO asap!

@Peterjeffries: I use the PS3 Media Server.. only problem is that you cannot resume videos. It works really well otherwise.
