The worst gaming communities are primarily PC games.

One complaint I’ve heard (and something perhaps verified by your videos) is that the streets are mostly empty of people, which is a big change from Saint’s Row which had a bustling city all around you. I see cars, and a couple people walking, but are they only there when you drag them out of cars? Do they do anything

This game is obviously the answer to “What if we put Overwatch in Saint’s Row?” I’m imagining that question on the whiteboard as they’re brainstorming the game. I wonder how dumbfounded everyone was when Chud, son of a primary stockholder said, ‘Singleplayer’. Everyone probably looked around, all the energy was

Now playing

Game will probably be missing Pork Chop Sandwiches, unfortunately.

LUL XBOX HAS NO GAMES

By dated you mean much more simple and not 100% fucked like Xbox?

It’s one of the most confusing and convoluted menu systems I’ve seen. They really overthought it and the end result is confusing and doesn’t make a lot of sense.

You’d be mad to assume that the devs are completely out of the decision making process. They modeled the chests and loot, they developed the systems in place to equip the gear, they decided the names, they coded the RNG into the loot crates, they signed the contract. Sure they may not have decided the price per item,

That is why grinding for just one skin is a bad idea and is a waste of time. I don’t know which nerd who decided that was a good idea to suck the fun out of the game by spending hours grinding for a skin you will be tired of in a month but its just dumb.

exactly what I have been wondering. There are “professional” market analysyts... can they really be so stupid to make such short sighted calculations, or is the world really filled with so many morons, and the people we see here having the intelligence to see something is wrong are actually a tiny minority, that it is

Whenever I hear an announcement for a game that allows bullshit micro transactions like these I immediately hope that someone finds an exploit to get these things for free. I hope a ton of people buy this garbage, then find out other people got the EXACT same stuff for free, and then everyone can be unhappy about a

They will be easy to ignore until to hit late/end game and it takes 5 real time hours to build something you want and message popping up saying you can make it go faster by purchasing stuff.

Sigh.

You have to wonder if the microtransactions make enough to offset the loss from day 1 buyers jumping ship to second hand or heavily discounted versions..

I love this business practice. It’s so pro-consumer. By revealing their AAA title has microtransactions in it, it instantly saves me $60. It’s amazing. Thanks, WB.

I know what the response to this will likely be but I’ll say it anyway.. The PC version will be pirated or manipulated in order to bypass such systems. More than it would be normally anyway. Some would wait for a Steam sale well after release but with gates like this I know some will just pirate.

Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I was really excited for this game before. Now, I sorta want to avoid it so as to not promote this business practice. If you’re going to make me pay full price for a (single player!) game, don’t expect me to put up with microtransactions that are pay to win. :/

Gone from day 1 to 2018 discounted.
