Skyrim really is a great example of what PC gaming can do when unhindered—especially when it comes to mods! Of course, it takes work to get there, so to each their own :-)

A $250 GPU now will be more than enough to run Skyrim on full with tonnes of mods. With a little bit of overclocking you can push the limit a bit further for mods like grass mods etc.

i would also vote for ubiquity APs, maybe they are not the most versatile or universal in terms of added (but for me crap/redundant) features like USB ports, but for good coverage and stable wifi they are up to the job.
