Maybe it's just because I'm American and am not versed in the subtle differences, or perhaps it's because this guy does it better, but I could hear the differences with your posted video much better than the one in the article.

I always use paper towels to open the door. If I'm in a bathroom that doesn't have paper towels I just have to suck it up and open it and I'll try and find a place to wash my hands outside or (just thought of this) I can wash my hands using baby wipes that I'll keep in my glove box from now on.
