We had TV's in our high school classrooms and I was a bit of a troublemaker back then. I took my parents DirecTV remote that had universal capabilities and programmed it to the TV's. I'd reach into my bag and randomly turn the TV on and off throughout class. Drove the teachers insane :)

Prime really is a no-brainer, especially the student edition. Student edition is half off the normal price, but the only stipulation I know of is that you can't share it with your family or friends like you can with the full Prime membership.
