You haven’t met me.  I had beer-battered fish tacos once.  The batter was heavily laced with MSG and I felt sleepy and lethargic immediately after eating them.  Same goes for some BBQ foods that use MSG in the seasonings.

Total and utter BULLSHIT. I am one of those people that gets headaches and become sleepy and thirsty when ingesting MSG. There have been times when I have unknowingly eaten it and after suffering the symptoms went back and figured out what it was that had the MSG in it.
