The problem with Friends is that most people have forgotten how much the last 4 seasons sucked. They only remember the 1st 5 seasons when the cast was still putting in energetic performances.

Cousins is going to get his money by simply proving that he is healthy.  His ability to score is not going to be in question.  It’s his durability.   So yes, he won’t need to score a ton of points to get his payday the next year.   

The Warriors don’t NEED him to score.  If he gets 10 pts per game that’s a bonus over what they had before.  They need him to grab rebounds and pass.

GSW would benefit if Cousin’s is even 50% of his former self.   If he can grab some rebounds, shoot some 3's and clog the lanes on defense that is all the Warriors need.   GSW doesn’t really need another SHOOTER.  They have offense coming out of their ears.

At least they built the team legitimately.
