Hey Kate,
Hey Kate,
So appropriate. XD
It felt so right to link it to Mr. Burns. XD
I think Ashcraft intended to have some sarcasm in there but it didn't come out well enough or something.
Oh hey, they just announced that Open Beta for the PS Suite SDK is coming up in April:
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that I don't have enough time to fully flesh it out, but I should be able to get some prototype functions to work. Depends on what APIs are available to me, because I'd really like to re-use the page tear-off API.
Mmm, I have several ideas that would go well with that. :D
No problem. Good luck on getting into the beta! It takes a while for Sony's bureaucracy to get through, especially considering that I applied for it back in December or something when sign ups first started.
This is sort of the same issue at the moment with the 3DS. The R4 cards or whatever will still run pirated DS games and whatnot on the 3DS, but the actual 3DS and its games itself have not been compromised.
That's what the PlayStation Suite SDK is for. I got into the beta and now have the SDK installed on my laptop.
I signed up for the SDK Beta as a hobbyist, without any "company" whatsoever. So yeah, you can sign up for the beta on your own and all you have to do is download the development software.
Probably because the game has already been in development for 2 years before the Vita was commercially released, which makes any last minute change in platform focus to be highly unfeasible.
I'm in the closed PS Suite SDK beta. Interestingly enough, DirectX redist updater/checker had to run before the SDK could be installed.
Ion is from Tales of the Abyss. It isn't comedy or anything, but I do recommend Minami-ke if you want comedy and whatnot.
